ACCESSIBILITY

solutions for common disabilities.

Building and accessibility codes present minimum thresholds for ensuring that a building can be entered and safely used by persons with mobility, vision or other challenges.  It is the job of the architect to translate the basic rules into workable designs for specific situations: whether for a homeowner who is facing loss of mobility, or a child using a wheelchair, a business serving the elderly or a historic church accommodating its worshippers and staff members.
