Under Construction: Mixed Use Rowhouse
The work of this project included documenting the existing structure to establish nature and extent of historic resources, including re-establishing original masonry openings; developing a retail + residential program for site, including a detached studio; evaluating existing structural members; evaluating egress components, rated walls and protected openings; restorating openings in original masonry walls; designing an addition, including an elevator and roof deck.
